We're looking for a Creative Team Lead & Account Manager to manage client accounts while leading the creative team to deliver high-quality, performance-driven digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication, briefs, and expectations
• Lead creative execution from brief to final delivery
• Supervise designers and video editors
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and deadlines
• Coordinate with media buyers and internal teams
• Review performance and optimize creatives accordingly

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a digital advertising agency
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Solid understanding of digital ads and performance marketing
• Strong portfolio in static and video creatives

Location: 1st Settlement – Full Time Onsite
