Position Overview:

Our client, a diversified retail group in Beirut, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced a Creative Team Lead to join their team. The Creative Team Lead is responsible for leading and expanding the Creative Department, ensuring brand excellence across all visual communications and marketing channels. This role oversees creative strategy, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver consistent, high-impact brand representation across every touchpoint.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage the Creative Department, currently including one graphic designer
