Creative Specialist

Shuttlerock is seeking a Creative Specialist with a strong project management background and expertise in digital marketing and creative operations.
The Creative Specialist works closely our in-house Studio and with in-market account teams, driving a seamless and high-quality end-to-end client experience.
The Creative Specialist is responsible for managing creative projects, from briefing through to asset delivery, addressing client feedback and ensuring work is delivered on time.
This role is based in Mexico City and requires a minimum two days per week in office.

- Onboarding: Support the Client Success Manager to guide new clients through ShuttlerockCloud, providing assistance to lay the foundation for long-term client satisfaction.
- Project Management: End-to-End project management, from briefing to delivery, ensuring high quality execution at each stage.
