Creative production manager

The Creative Production Manager understands that great creative output today isn’t just about ideas — it’s about delivering them efficiently, at scale, and to a consistently high standard.

This role sits at the intersection of creative production, operations, and AI. You’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality creative assets across marketing campaigns, while ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and continuously improving through the use of automation and AI tools.

You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and video creators, working closely with creative leadership and marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life and optimise output through data-driven insights.
