Creative Designer/Lead (Gaming | Motion | Performance Creatives)

Location: India/Remote

Reports to: Player Experience & Communications Lead

Works closely with: Performance Lead & Social Team

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Designer who understands gaming culture and can translate gameplay moments, tournaments, and creator energy into high-performing visual content across paid and organic channels.

This role goes beyond static design.

You will work on gameplay edits, short-form videos, performance ads, social creatives, and UGC-style formats that drive engagement, installs, and player curiosity.

Speed, experimentation, and understanding of gaming emotion matter more than polished but slow design.

Experience working with gaming, esports, or RMG platforms is strongly preferred. Exposure to SEA gaming visual styles is a major advantage.
