Job Description:

Creative Strategy and Direction

• Attend internal briefings and/or align with the account lead
• Cascade his/her creative strategy and vision to the team before the

ideation process

Overall Creative Guidance and Mentorship

• Ensure that the creative ideas of the team are aligned with an overall
• creative strategy
• Provide creative guidance through brainstorming sessions and clearing
• sessions (Mondays and Thursdays)
• Monthly check-ins with Swell leads to discuss feedback on creative
• ideation and align on brands/campaigns to be assigned to the Creative
• Director

Creative Knowledge-sharing

• Conduct one (1) creative ideation workshop per quarter, a total of two (2)
• Share creative learning resources with the team
