At CAB Experiences , we create brand-led experiences that people remember, talk about, and post about. We’re looking for a Creative Director (Concepts) who can turn brand insights into big ideas and lead teams to bring them to life across on-ground experiences
What you’ll do
Decode brands—understand their voice, guidelines, and objectives
Bring fresh, strategic, brand-friendly ideas to the table
Lead ideation and brainstorming to craft strong, original event concepts
Mentor and guide creative teams, setting the bar for thinking and execution
Visualise experiences end-to-end and translate ideas into compelling decks
Own, present, and sell concepts confidently
Lead and actively contribute to new business pitches
Collaborate closely with design, servicing, and production teams to deliver seamlessly
