What you‘ll own

• Define and protect Deconstruct‘s creative vision across every touchpoint — social, packaging, campaigns, marketplace, performance ads
• Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers, copywriters, and motion artists
• Drive campaign ideation from brief to execution — both brand and performance
• Own the TOV and visual language; ensure every output is clinical, straightforward, innovative
