JOB OVERVIEW/ SUMMARY The Legal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all conflict‑resolution processes—including litigation and pre‑litigation—related to the company’s sites in Mexico. This role will also define, monitor, and report on Hispam Litigation KPIs, support the Senior Manager with budget oversight, and ensure strong governance practices. Additionally, this position includes supervisory responsibilities over members of the litigation team and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the regional Legal function ESSENTIAL DUTIES Team Leadership Supervise, guide, and support team members within the Mexico Litigation Unit, ensuring alignment with goals, workload distribution, and professional growth.
