Understand repair fundamentals and perform them as well as any cut and trim activities required to prepare the blade for finishing

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Grind glass to the bottom of the defect
+ Count glass layers affected by the bottom of defect
+ Identify glass layers according to repair plan
+ Measure and cut required glass according to repair plan
+ Lay-up glass layers according to repair plan
+ Common semi-complex repairs – ply drops, balsa, offsets, two BODs, consolidation, inside-out, flange
+ Scuff laminate
+ Apply glue to areas that have voids (inside and outside the blade).
+ Employees working inside the blade must adhere name plate to the outside of root.
+ Follow work instructions and change and adapt to the work instructions as they change.
+ Clean out inside of blade of dust debris.
+ Designated blade attendants check the blade temperature and styrene ...
