**Job Title: Crater – 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on building custom crates, packaging and kitting products, and supporting shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems to prepare and ship orders, while also interacting with customers and assisting with shop operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build wooden crates and related packaging using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or construction-style environment.
+ Perform packaging and kitting tasks to prepare products for shipment according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Use a computer to enter shipping information, create shipping documents, and support basic shipping and receiving processes.
+ Operate and eventually become proficient with a band saw to cut and prepare materials for crate construction.
