Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Craftsmanship & Sensory Experience Engineer to support Ford's vehicle development programs by driving craftsmanship quality, customer-perceived quality, and color/material (CMF) execution. This individual will help translate subjective customer experiences—including visual, tactile, and acoustic attributes—into measurable engineering specifications while coordinating cross-functional teams to manage CMF assumptions, change control, and launch readiness. This role directly influences vehicle quality perception and customer satisfaction by ensuring design intent is successfully delivered through engineering, manufacturing, and supplier execution.
