+ Lead and/or support CPQ Commerce (quote-to-order) projects on the CPQ platform.
+ Analyze, test and resolve tickets related to CPQ Commerce, data, and integration problems, performing root cause analysis through to resolution.
+ Create and manage the maintenance of sales options and commerce-related rules/data in relevant systems, guaranteeing consistency and quality of data.
+ Update systemic data based on the requirements provided to stakeholders, including data validation and clear documentation of changes.
+ Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to support decision making in the area.
+ Work in partnership with stakeholders from different areas, maintaining proactive communication for alignment and problem resolution.
