Customer Service Representative

Location: Covington, Kentucky (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months - potential to extend

Schedule: 7:45AM - 4:45PM (1 hour lunch) each day. Monday through Friday.

There will be one Saturday a month where this person will need to work a 1/2 day. 7:45am-12pm.

Role Overview

We are seeking a REALID Specialist. In this role, you will support government operations related to identity verification and customer service. This position is based onsite in Covington, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service at the driver licensing branch.
  • Issue driver’s licenses and state identification cards.
  • Review and process immigration documents and other required paperwork.
