These flexible opportunities are ideal for Cover Supervisors who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working across a range of schools in South Molton and nearby areas, providing essential classroom support and continuity in the absence of teaching staff.

Duties as Cover Supervisor

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to pupils in the absence of the regular teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and classroom activity
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage engagement
• Adapt to different school environments and year groups as required
