We are currently recruiting for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school based in Stratford for a September start.

The school is looking for someone with strong communication skills, a calm approach, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.

The Role:

Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
Delivering pre-planned work across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils focused
Supporting students with learning tasks and classroom expectations
Reporting progress, behaviour, and any issues back to teaching staff
Helping maintain a positive and structured learning environment
