Are you confident leading a classroom and able to maintain a positive learning environment? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in The Vale of Glamorgan on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people who can confidently manage classrooms and support students' learning in the absence of the regular teacher.

The Role:

• Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Supporting a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Following school policies and procedures
