Cover Supervisor – Portsmouth

Prospero Teaching is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the Portsmouth area. This role involves stepping into the classroom in the teacher’s absence, delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials, and ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task.

You will be responsible for maintaining a positive classroom environment, supporting students with their learning, and ensuring behaviour expectations are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and would suit graduates, aspiring teachers, tutors, youth workers, coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people.

Work is available on a full‑time or flexible day‑to‑day basis depending on your availability.
