Cover Supervisor

Lift Kingswood is growing, and to support our continued growth we are seeking a confident, proactive, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will supervise classes during the short‑term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged in learning and that classroom expectations are upheld.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future career in teaching, education, or youth work, or for those with strong classroom management skills who enjoy working with young people.

Salary: NJC 20 - 24 £32,597 - £35,412 (FTE) £28,631 - £31,104 (Actual) plus a well‑being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS) and additional Lift Schools benefits.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

Contract: Permanent. Start date: September 2026. Closing date: Friday 3rd July 2026.
