Cover Supervisor

Role Overview

We seek to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated Lesson Cover Supervisor to inspire learning as part of a team, encouraging students to reach their full potential. The Supervisor will provide effective supervision of classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused, respond to questions and stay on task.

Working Pattern

32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified in GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Confident and competent in using day‑to‑day ICT.
• Experience engaging learners of diverse abilities.
