Cover Supervisor – Blackwood – immediate start. Salary £100‑£120 per day.

We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support a mainstream secondary school in Blackwood. The role involves leading classes, delivering pre‑planned lessons across KS3/KS4, and maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Maintain continuity of learning and high standards of behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
• Support the school’s inclusive learning environment and positive culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience working with secondary school students.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
