This full-time, onsite position empowers you to assist young people aged 16-24 in navigating their housing options. Emphasizing a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, you will collaborate with youth and their support networks. Your role will involve working closely with landlords and community organizations to secure stable housing alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth in problem-solving their housing challenges
• Engage family members and friends in securing housing solutions
• Facilitate communication with landlords to prevent homelessness
• Provide follow-up case management for housing stability
• Manage emergency funds for youth in crisis
Requirements:
• Minimum BSW or equivalent; MSW is preferred
