Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement: Lead market sales targets for products like nab-paclitaxel (e.g., Abraxane generic) and injectables. Identify market opportunities and competitive challenges, gather primary market data, and develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Distributor Management: Manage distributors, track performance, conduct regular field visits with their KAMs across regions. Identify strengths and weaknesses, and guide distributors to gain higher market share.
- Value Assessment & Redistribution: Evaluate distributor value across all marketing functions (access, promotion, distribution, payment collection) to lay the foundation for renegotiating profit-sharing terms.
- Market Mapping: Research and map the value chain and drivers of the Spanish hospital and retail markets. Deliver a Hospital & Clinic Map for nab-paclitaxel in Spain and a list of purchasing groups (Central de Compras) with their coverage scope.
