Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Country Product Manager (CPM) to help drive growth in new markets where we do not have a local presence and support our mission of fostering cultural exchange and building global families. As a hands‑on manager, you’ll combine your skills in sales leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing execution, and people management to take ownership of building our au pair program in new markets with a strong market owner mindset. You will be based in Bogotá and report to the Sales Director in São Paulo, Brazil. This role includes occasional travel to your markets as well as management meetings 1-3 times a year.
