Country Manager (staffing services)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

• An entrepreneurial and hands‑on Country Manager with extensive hands‑on experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
• As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through proactive and dynamic business development, prospecting, and relationship management.
• The Country Manager works on both the demand and supply sides, playing an active, critical, and enthusiastic role in finding the right resources (interim managers as well as candidates for permanent positions) and sustainably building and developing the client portfolio.
• The Country Manager will work closely with the team in Belgium and the Netherlands.
