Country Manager

1. Design, implement and maintain the operational strategy, delivering on the priorities agreed.
2. Provide effective leadership to the team giving guidance and support to ensure high levels of service delivery, driving employee engagement.
3. Grow the operation through establishing a people plan that identifies and retains talent to deliver high performance (including learning & development, succession planning and talent management frameworks).
4. Monitor and track performance to budget and review processes to ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met.
5. Manage the P&L effectively, ensuring corporate governance and cost control.
6. Provide a strategic review of the operation to ensure continued turnaround and sustained profitability.
