What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in sales or commercial roles (enterprise experience preferred)
• Proven team leadership experience – you'll manage a driven sales and marketing team
• Degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action
• Fluent in Spanish and English
