Primary Role

A global organization looking for a strong leader to manage the Malaysia & Singapore F&B business for growth and profitability. The current size of the business is $3M with an aggressive growth plan over the next 3 years. As a key member of the regional leadership team, assist in setting and delivering the strategy for the organization, with complete P&L responsibility for the Malaysia & Singapore F&B business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving profitable business growth by managing and growing existing business, in addition to ensuring growth in new business. They will develop effective business retention and growth strategies, ensure strong relationships with key stakeholders, and nurture and develop the talent pool in the specified region. This role reports to the Business Director, F&B Southeast Asia.
