This is a full market ownership role. Strategy, revenue, partnerships, compliance, brand. You will build and lead the UAE business from the ground up.

As Country Head, you will establish, scale, and lead operations in one of the region’s most competitive fintech markets.

You will work closely with the Group CEO while owning execution locally. This is a commercial leadership role with full P&L responsibility, regulatory oversight, and team building mandate.
