Counterbalance FLT Driver – Immediate Start
Loughborough
£13.20 per hour
Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00

The Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy recycling and waste management site based in Loughborough.
This is a hands-on role with a strong FLT focus, working within a friendly and fast-paced yard environment. Immediate starts available.
The Role
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely around the yard
Moving pallets and recycling materials
Loading skips and designated waste areas
Sorting cardboard, glass and recyclable materials
Supporting general site housekeeping and safety
What We’re Looking For
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous FLT driving experience
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
