Job Summary:
The Counter Clerk greets and assists all customers with various tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards all customers and employees.
- Collect titles and enter into the system.
- Collect payments and process deals.
- Give gate passes to dealers after sale.
- Assign titles to buyers.
- Assist customers with prompt and courteous attention.
- Assist dealers with checking in on Auction Day.
- Responsible for accuracy in all documents.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- At least two years of customer experience required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
