Counselor

Job Title: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecounseling)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Work Mode: On-site Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Job Responsibilities
 Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases
 Handle inbound inquiries via phone, Whats App, and email professionally
 Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads
 Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems
 Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments)  Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
Eligibility Criteria
 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
 1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or education sales
 Experience in the Education/Ed Tech sector preferred
