Counsellor II (Permanent, Part-time)

Location: Belleville, Ontario Responsibilities

Deliver in‑person, evidence‑based therapy from our Belleville office using solution‑focused, brief, and longer‑term modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. Support clients through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Total Mental Health (TMH) programs. Address complex presentations including mental health disorders, addictions, relationship concerns, and workplace stress. Apply strength‑based, client‑centered approaches that honor diverse backgrounds and empower individuals to achieve meaningful change. Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with a Regional Clinical Supervisor who supports your professional development. Engage in ongoing clinical consultation, peer learning, and access to continuing education opportunities.
