About the Position: You will perform professional counseling and addiction medicine treatment in support of patients with an alcohol and substance abuse diagnosis. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Collect data to evaluate treatment outcomes. Utilize complex rehabilitation principles to conduct comprehensive substance abuse evaluations of eligible patients referred for consultation. Provide individual, group, and family counseling. Document case findings, diagnoses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
