Job Description
Compass International Holdings is seeking experienced **Litigation Counsel** to join the Real Brokerage Litigation Team supporting our company‑owned brokerages, including Compass®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, Corcoran®, Christie’s International Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty®, and @properties®.
This attorney will manage a diverse litigation docket involving real estate brokerage matters and will play a key role in protecting the company’s interests across multiple brands. The role requires strong courtroom skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with business partners and supervising outside counsel.

2. **The ideal candidate will reside in Florida.**
3. **Candidates who reside within a commutable distance from the Sarasota office or one of our other Florida hubs will be required to be onsite.**
