POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

Hanwha Q CELLS America is looking for a Litigation Counsel to support its direct-to-homeowner solar sales and financing business. You will join a collegial team of about 20 legal professionals and report to the Senior Counsel. Our legal team is expected to grow rapidly over the next few years and there will be exciting opportunities for career growth. This role will report to a Senior Counsel and is based in Irvine Ca.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide litigation support for our residential consumer business relating to attorney demand letters, lawsuits, arbitrations, and regulatory matters (including subpoenas).  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic business oriented legal advice
