Costing Executive

Job Overview

As the Costing Executive, specifically, you will possess the following skillset:

• Prepare and review quotations for both new Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and existing SKUs for the Malaysia and Singapore markets, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Ensure all pricing proposals comply with the company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines, securing necessary internal approvals prior to quote submission.
• Monitor product margins and conduct thorough profitability analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Proactively drive initiatives aimed at improving margins and overall profitability.
• Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests, delivering clear and actionable insights to management and other stakeholders.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities, with a focus on Purchase Price Variance (PPV), price erosion, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
