Create the project definition and maintain the work breakdown structure in SAP. Assign and maintain the project work breakdown structure for cost monitoring. Set the project budgeted manhours. Report on weekly basis manpower consumption and raise to the Project Management's attention any abnormality. Monitor the actual manhours against the budgeted manhours. Compare the consumed manhours against the progress. Review the prime cost and develop the project assigned budget.
