Costing Engineer

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Support seasonal style-level cost benchmarking and highlight key cost gaps for team review and follow-up.
+ Assist in developing should-cost standards for key cost components using fact-based costing methodologies.
+ Identify and track cost improvement opportunities through product engineering, process efficiency, and material utilization analysis.
+ Prepare recurring cost analyses and reports to support cost governance and management review routines.
+ Support macro cost trend tracking, forecasting inputs, and reconciliation against actual performance.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to collect cost data, validate assumptions, and maintain costing tools and databases.
