V7 Recruitment are supporting a major hyperscale data centre programme in Finland and are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join on a client-side basis.

This is an opportunity to be part of one of Europe’s largest data centre programmes. The project this role will sit on is located just outside Helsinki. The programme offers significant long-term security, with over 6 years of secured work in Finland and a wider pipeline extending beyond this.

Our client is acting as the Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and this role will sit client-side, working closely with the commercial team and wider project stakeholders to support the commercial delivery of the project.
