We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager with data center project experience for a 12-month contract in Helsinki. The role involves managing project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring financial performance aligns with project objectives and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor project costs from inception through to completion.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, and track spending against forecasts.
Review and evaluate contractors' cost proposals, invoices, and payments.
Maintain accurate cost reporting, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective actions.
