The ideal candidate will lead cost estimation, quantity surveying, vendor management, and client coordination for end-to-end project delivery. This role demands the ability to balance cost control with quality, ensuring that projects are commercially sound, competitively priced, and executed with financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. BOQ & Cost Estimation

• Prepare accurate BOQs covering civil, interior, and MEP works based on GFC drawings, concept designs, and site scope.
