We are seeking Cost Engineer to support cost estimating, quantity take-off, and cost control activities for structural and architectural works across construction projects. The role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to develop their skills under senior supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in quantity take-off from drawings and specifications
• Support preparation of cost estimates, BQs, and cost plans
• Help monitor project budgets and cost reports
• Assist in tender documentation and tender evaluation
• Support assessment of variations and progress claims
• Maintain cost data, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with design and project teams as required
