Key accountabilities
Understand and audit the operating procedures.

Conduct regular cost accounting and variance analysis.

Oversee the procurement, storage and usage of hotel supplies and raw materials.

Assist the cost controller with on-site inspectations and compilation of analytical reports. 
General requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the hotels of equivalent scale

Collgege degree or above

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
