One of our group companies, Assan Yapı, is seeking a Cost Control Executive to manage budgeting, cost control, and quantity surveying processes for a large-scale development project based in Kocaeli/İzmit.

Job Descrıptıon

Prepare and regularly update the project budget

Develop BOQs and allocate costs to procurement packages

Manage cost-related aspects of change management processes

Review subcontractor interim payments and update monthly cost reports

Monitor quantities and cost performance of executed works

Prepare and report cash flow forecasts
