Maintain records in the accurate and integrated financial information accounting system, as well as manage the company's fixed assets and tooling area.
- Explanation and analysis of variations in balance sheet accounts and income statements related to fixed assets.
- Internal control based on continuous improvement, strictly adhering to corporate policies, accounting principles and guidelines of the Sarbanes-Oxley law (SOX) on fixed assets.
- Records and movements of fixed assets and their corresponding depreciation.
- Control of capital projects, follow-up with users.
- Coordination of fixed assets annual physical inventory.
- Reconciliation of fixed asset accounting accounts.
- Support to internal and external audits for fixed asset and related issues- Support and preparation of corporate reports.
- Support in the preparation of forecasts and budgets for fixed assets.
- Monitoring of payments to suppliers of fixed assets and capitalizations.
