Cost Accounting Staff in Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities

• Record and update daily cost-related transactions (materials, labor, overhead)
• Prepare daily and weekly production cost reports
• Update stock card, cost sheets, and bill of materials (BOM) data
• Assist in variance analysis and cost comparison reports
• Reconcile inventory records and support physical counts
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments to validate cost and inventory data
• Assist in month‑end closing and preparation of cost journal entries
• Maintain accurate cost‑related documents and records
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Cost Accounting knowledge
• Ability to work with numerical data
• Strong organization & documentation skills
• Good communication skills
