Cost Accountant Officer in Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor standard cost structures and costing system

Conduct cost, margin, and variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead)

Prepare cost of goods manufactured (COGM), cost of goods sold (COGS), and departments to validate cost data

Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other concerned departments to validate cost data

Review and analyze inventory movements and reconciliation reports

Implement internal controls related to costing and inventory valuation

Assist in internal and external audits

Supervise and train cost accounting staff

Perform other cost-related tasks as maybe assigned

Required Skills/Competencies

Understanding of manufacturing processes

Supervisory & leadership skills

Knowledge of accounting standards

Training/Experience/Education
