Cosmetic Manager - Talent Pool

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve turnover targets
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and drive results
• Plan and execute promotions and sales initiatives
• Manage expenses and control budgets effectively
• Lead, coach, and develop a cosmetics team to deliver high performance
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance support
• Ensure excellent customer service and a premium cosmetics experience
• Stay up to date with beauty trends, products, and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent)
• 2–3 years retail experience
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Cosmetics / beauty retail experience is advantageous
