**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a Quality Process Analyst to join the Quality Department of the **BU Cheese**, at the Corteolona (PV) plant.
The resource will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the conformity of production processes and finished products to defined quality standards, through constant monitoring. Collaborating in the identification of causes and deviations and corrective and/or preventive action plans;
* Monitoring and determining the quality of production processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards;
* Supervising the execution of tests on random samples of finished products and establishing the frequency and methods of sampling;
